Hello
I bought an ariya 87 kW on December 1st, 2023. Already on December 18th. I complained about the lack of door seal!! You can see the results of driving on unpaved or nosey muddy roads on YouTube. Nissan and my responsible dealer remain silent!!
Despite contacting Nissan several times, NO response!!
I am very disappointed with the car and Nissan. The car is sold and advertised as an SUV.
In my opinion, this circumstance is a production or design error that the manufacturer does not want to comment on if possible!

Yep, that's the way it is. The relatively inconsequential mud flaps make it a little better but are no cure.

What really surprises me is that this defect is apparently accepted by the user! Such a leak would cause damage to all users in the medium term!! You can't accept that!

I suppose many of us who have had an Ariya for over a year have been worn down by Nissans lack of action. It was a year before we could use cabin pre-heating without setting the alarm off and that was just a software change. We still have variable parking brake operation, mirrors and heating systems with a mind of their own and several other issues. The thought of them doing anything with the bodywork of the vehicle is, frankly, difficult to imagine. If your local in-country dealers can't fix your problem, you will find that the European centre is lamentable. Best of luck.
