Left my Ariya parked tonight whilst at a restaurant

When I returned all the windows and the sun roof were wide open and my car is now a paddling pool on wheels.
The only logical way for that to happen is by a long press of the unlock button on the key fob, could that be a possibility on your pocket against something moments after you left the car parked?
Good grief, just tried the long press on the unlock and yes it opened all windows and sunroof !!
What on earth is the logic of providing this function?
Its actually a common function on many cars. Typically in hot countries, people will use it to open all the windows before getting in or something like that.
I awoke this morning to my boot being open. Checking my CCTV, it opened at 22:24 the night before.
It’s highly likely I pressed the boot button in my pocket.
Who do we speak to at Nissan to ask for features? I would like to change the remote boot and window remote to press 3 times and hold to do the action that will stop all the above happening. Maybe a remote software fix?
