You mean that you just received a software update?
Edit: I've just received it too, let's see if I notice something different in the coming days. Love that this car has dual storage units for downgrade abort purposes, no driving unavailability while updating and fail-safe backup unit unlike other competitors.
Edit 2: This update only touches the infotainment software itself to solve some general bugs and to improve some usability aspects of the satnav, it doesn't modify any other central unit of the car.

My update was via USB stick and took about 30 mins to upload.
It was done 31st March actually.
However nobody could say what all the updates covered and I tried very hard, direct with dealer head tech, nissan HQ and via calls to various people who know more.
Its mad that there isn't a firmware patch list with these updates.

My car did the update automatically a couple of nights ago. It would be nice to see a list of the changes made like you get with a lot of PC software, but I can't find one.
The only change I have noticed, which might be connected to it is that suddenly my rear registration plate has become visible in the rear camera, which I am pretty sure it wasn't before.

@paulm - Very strange. I don't see mine at all.
@cosmyc - I wrote the pre update list down but then I lost the list to compare. It might still turnup
