Got phone call late Friday 6th Sept saying theve been waiting on a specialist bench which has now arrived ???????

Day 22 got phone call car done.
Picked it up quick as I had an appointment to go to.
Later when I got home checked the car to my horror 2 large scratches on bonnet and the black trim were the bonnet closes too the black trim at front all scratched and deep impressions in it were they’re been probably been leaning on without protecting it to get into motor bay.
Back seat area, floor, metal plate and bolts with big red warning not been put back on.
Exposed big orange plug high voltage. Glad I spotted it and didn’t have kids in . For sure they would have been curious
Been back now booked in for those to be fixed another inconvenience

……I would not be a happy bunny if my car came back as you describe!!!! I always video and take pics of my car 
before it goes in . That way there’s no awkward conversations . Mines going in on the 29th for the same job + it’s second service . They will have the car for 5 weeks as I’m away and hope the garage isn’t in a rush to finish .
