Hmm. I was puzzled when our local Nissan Service Centre recently carried out the 1-year service on our Ariya - bought in October 2023 - and advised that they'd replaced the 12V battery under warranty... so much so, that I checked to make sure that they really had. Maybe there's a more subtle problem...

By the way seems like new Ariya's will come soon with Google Automotive services and apps with Google Play sandboxed inside Nissan own software, very smart move and haven't seen other brand doing an hybrid solution like that. I've just checked... my subscriptions, too, have just expired, and I also only have two subscriptions still listed under "Navigation" - no "Maps and Live Traffic". Just for the hell of it, I logged out, deleted the app, re-installed it, and logged-in again - no change. So it look...

If you have or are interested in the "Intelligent Octopus Go" tariff from Octopus Energy, be advised that it needs a "Location Services" subscription on NissanConnect... except none of the subscriptions listed make any explicit mention of "Location Services".
